13.01. This Decree remains into force until 9 October 2028. It is then renewed automatically from year to year, unless the group comprising the employer contracting party or the union contracting party opposes it by sending written notice to the Minister of Labour and to all the contracting parties comprising the other group, during April 2028 or during the April of any subsequent year.
